Litigation
We have had a great deal of success representing our clients in divorce, custody and other family-related litigation, and are well versed in the workings of the New Jersey family court system. We advocate aggressively on our clients’ behalf, with the goal of ensuring that their short- and long-term goals are met.
Nevertheless, we are mindful of the expense and the emotional toll of family law litigation and always attempt to resolve our clients’ issues out of court, if at all possible. However, sometimes two parties are so far apart in their positions that litigation becomes the only option. In such cases, we utilize our experience and expertise to vigorously advocate on behalf of our clients.
In addition to family law litigation, we handle other types of general civil litigation as well, applying the same skills and tenacity to those cases that we leverage in representing our family law clientele.
