Marc is well known among and has been honored by the Bench and Bar not only for his staunch advocacy, but also for his ability to help clients understand the long-term benefits of working toward an amicable resolution of issues that may exist between themselves and their spouses or significant others. This reputation has led to his frequent appointment by the court to serve as an arbitrator, mediator and guardian ad litem. He also maintains an extensive private mediation practice.
Marc has always been willing to assume positions of leadership, both personally and professionally, having served, among other things, as President of the Union County Bar Association and Chair of the Supreme Court (District XII) Ethics Committee, as well as President of the Cranford Rotary Club, Chairman of the Cranford Zoning Board of Adjustment, Attorney for the Cranford Planning Board and as a coach within the Cranford Police Athletic and Recreation Leagues.
